One of the most boring books ever written, do not attempt to read this cover to cover. However, as a reference book it is really excellent. Anything you could possibly think of related to a PMO is covered, just look it up and you have your prompting for anything you might not have thought of. The stages of a PMO concept is really great to orient you to where you are really at in the world of PMOs. It covers the resources you will need for each particular stage in the PMO maturation process. It does include sections for smaller PMOs but really it is targeted to larger PMOs undertaking a seriously intense process of establishment and building their PMO.
