really liked it

-#17 of Stephanie Plum series-I am having some serious internal conflict here…I am totally pissed at this author for her lack of imagination for the last 5 books. The plot has not changed. Don’t waste your money by buying these books because it is the same book since around #12. Contrast to my rant, I have to say, this book was funny. The humor isn’t lost from book to book. And for some reason, this one seemed funnier than the last few. Bodies are turning up by the bonds office so the gang, Stephanie, Lula, Connie and Vinnie are using Mooners bus as their office. An old highschool class mate is back in town and Stephanie’s mother is trying to hook her up. He was on the football team and he’s a great cook. Does Stephanie have enough room for Dave in her life while she is still deciding between Morelli and Ranger? I would like to tell readers to quit on this author until she starts listening and shakes up her plot a bit but I can’t escape the pleasure I get from reading these books. The humor has not failed me yet.

Debby You are WAY more gracious, patient or generous than I am for sticking with a series where the plot is stuck in a rut - funny or not. Especially when it's book #17!
I hope Janet is checking her GR reviews and taking notes, for the sake of her readers.
