This book is about two young adventurers and their leader. Together they are the task group. Tennyson, the false prophet, is sending waves of the 'Outsiders' to destroy the people's lives. He presents himself then as prophet of Alseiss. "Who can save us?" "Alseiss!" He's really tricking these people to get their money. Can the three local heroes stop the false prophet and save the innocent family's lives?

I loved this book for its never- ending action and very clear story- line. Throughout the book, everything is very clearly explained and I chugged along all the way. It is descriptive, but not too descriptive, as it's an action book. Overall, I love this book.

I recommend this book to all action lovers in middle school- level readers, but anyone can enjoy this awesome book. Be sure to read the rest of the series, too.
