really liked it
Read in December, 2010

This is my second reading of this novel. It gets better with the readings. A book that is dark and rainy. It is gruesome in its plot and in its murder. A family of 5 being murdered at dinner. Two of the victims were only 7 months old. The sole survivor is a young teenage boy who is lost in a blizzard and lost in life. The boy is hidden by a lost woman. A better read the second time around.
