really liked it
Read in November, 2011

This novel was intense and dark and haunting in many ways, but I love what the author did with the source material (the fairy tale of "Red Rose and Snow White") and she really made me think about the world of fairy tales in a new way, as the "heaven" created by teenage girls. A very compelling read.

Black Elephants Great thoughts! I didn't think of it as a "heaven" for teenage girls.
