I loved this book. I would not have wanted to "read" it--there were too many foreign words that would have lost me.

I did not read the dust jacket which probably would have ruined the entire plot, so I didn't really know where it was going. I just figured that it was post-9-11 fiction.

I really enjoyed the characters--AJ's unnerving 200 page broken-hand saga left me squirming.

In the end, I was getting a bit bored. As the terrorists were preparing to do their dirty work--it almost lost me, but brought it back at the end.

Not as good as "House of Sand and Fog," but pretty darn close.
