I have to say that this story was very funny. Decker is such a cute, clueless, little immortal hunter and Dani wastes no time letting him know that.

Besides any book where the two characters share their first passionate kiss lying on the floor in the back of a moving SUV just inches from where the driver is sitting and neither one cares is just asking for comedy.

However, this was a very serious book too. It is in this book that we learn about another group of immortals, the ones known as "No-Fangers" who are like the immortals we know and love, but have to find another way to get their blood...and one in three turned are crazy, one in three die, and one in three are sane. That is some slim odds if you want to live and not go nuts.

Overall, I loved the story, and expected that I would. Lynsay Sands is a wonderful author and it was hard to put the book down for even a second. I loved it!
