I listened to this book via the CraftLit podcast. The story was very well read by the various readers/actors and I really enjoyed the intros and discussions by podcaster and literature teacher Heather Ordover. The only downfall is that it was one week between each chapter.

This book is a classic for a reason - exciting, interesting, chock full of social commentary (at least seen from my vantage point this century plus later). I enjoyed thinking about how a contemporary audience, who may not know vampire mythology, might have read this book.
