I loved this book! It is the beautifully written story of a young woman raised (if you can call it that) from birth in the foster care system. She is terribly broken from years of being unloved, rejected and abused when she begins to live independently at age 18 and fights her way back to humanity. Her realization that we are all flawed and yet still capable of love is an important life lesson for us all.
