First of all, I was so mad when I finally got to the end, only to discover "END OF BOOK ONE." I know I've said it before, but I'm SOOOO tired of series! After a little research, I see that the series is complete, which makes it a little less irritating (and the only thing that saved it from getting only 2 stars from me). I don't appreciate having to wait so long between books that I've forgotten what's going on.

This book was a little slow for me. I kept trying to convince myself that it was exciting. The plot was interesting, but I never felt a connection with any of the characters. Everyone's memory has been erased, so the reader learns nothing about the characters or their flaws, personality, morals, etc. It's hard to sympathize with a character when you know nothing about him. At the end of the book I still knew nothing of importance about any of them, and therefore didn't really care if they lived or died.
