Farnosh Erehvizheh Hope was a really good and nice book to read. I liked the meaning of the book and how the put it into words.

Hope is a girl that is biracial and no one has ever talked or sad anything about it. But one day she meets one of her aunt’s friends, and she says that she is mixed in a way that does not sound accepting. She has never been asked, so she has never thought of it. One thing her aunt tells if someone asked if she is a mixed child. She answers: “Yes, I am generation of faith mixed with lots of love! I am Hope!” It is all about love, faith and hope if you have that everything will be good. No matter who you are, where you came from, which race you belong, religion nothing matters beside what you think about yourself and that you have love, hope and faith. And be proud of who you are.

This book can be used in the 1st - 5th grade, where the children can talk with each other about being mixed or what they think about it. The teacher can explain more about love, faith and hope. They can make drawings of what they think about the book. The teacher can talk and discuss with the children about different skin colors and culture. The children can talk about their culture.
