this book isn't bad, I do find it really annoying that none of the stories so far have endings to them, they just kind of end. I feel like the themes in the book kind of jump all over, none of the stories really flow into each other, and at times I wonder if some of the characters in one story are the same in other stories or if they are different. we'll see how this book ends. So I'm still reading this book and I didn't think it was possible for a book t get worse, but I guess there is a first time for everything. I really dont like this book, it was ok at first and now i just dread having to read it, I don't like having to force myself to read something but i would rather have my teeth yanked out than have to read this book. I feel like these stories are ripped off of the lifetime movie channel and they dont flow together at all, I know that they are short stories and they arent supposed to fit together but they jump subjects so quickly. needlesss to say, i wont ever have to read this again!

Courtney Smith The way the stories ended makes it hard to move onto the next story. The last one is seemingly still going when he turns to another topic. Like you said, short stories aren't supposed to fit together but a common theme definitely helps the person reading it. I can't say that I am going to be sorry once I'm done with this book. It seems too scatter brained to me.

Lambert They are short separate stories - why should they flow into each other?
There's certainly a similarity of themes, or didn't you notice?
