Prompted to explore the world of not using dairy, nuts, or eggs by severe allergies of her young son, the author does a good job of presenting the recipes in a very do-able way.
This is a cute little beginner baking book. It is designed for people who need to learn to avoid certain foods due to allergies. Of course, I am coming at this book as a vegan and accomplished baker. If you are looking for a book that makes a great impact on the world of baking--this is not it. I didn't glean too much out of this book, but if you are baking-chaleneged, you can handle this.
I was also diappointed by the lack of pictures.
All in all, this was cute, but just did not blow my mind.
