I wasn't sure what to rate this. Definitely between three and four stars. At times I was bored, due to the fact that it almost seemed like certain aspects of each woman's story were repeating themselves throughout the narrative. I guess it was entertaining and the fact that Ms. Hoffman used real historical instances for her book is intriguing. I think I will leave my review like this because it's almost 40 degrees where I live and the heat is preventing me from thinking clearly.

52.0% "I dunno. I read another Hoffman book while in the middle of this one, and I did not like it. This is also starting to become a chore rather than a read. I'll continue but it had better pick up quickly."
100.0% "It was an interesting read. Certainly better than the other Hoffman book I read (whose title I can't remember.)"
