If you like Hanh's teachings, you'll like this book. It's certainly not your run of the mill weight loss book. Hahn challenges you to ask yourself some tough questions and then sit with the answers. Even if you don't have any weight problems, you could get something from this book. The apple meditation is so simple, but so profound. I plan on implementing much of what I read in this book immediately.
