Ugh, I'm embarrassed to admit I read this. I have 2 fairly solid excuses though. 1) I sent my significant other to the library with the instructions to "get something I'd like", and 2) I had 10 hours of airplane time to kill. And I admit, I DO enjoy royal watching.

That said, this book just makes you feel like you're reading a really long issue of OK magazine. Ironically, a lot of it focuses on how much the royals hate the media, which is almost like kicking you when you're already feeling down about reading such trash anyway.

As far as facts, it's hard to say if this book has them. I think it's largely cobbled together from old articles, and certainly some people who run in British high-society circles must have talked to reporters. That said, this book certainly won't leave you feeling like you know anything deep or revealing about William or Kate - which is probably for the best. The guilt is too much to handle as it is.
