While I haven't delved much into biographies since my primary school days, Walter Isaacson's work on Steve Jobs is quite good and I would recommend it. If you're at all curious about the man, the myth and the legend of Steve Jobs, you'll not be disappointed. I think the work is a very open and honest one and likely, depending on your own preconceived opinion of Steve Jobs, you'll come away with the notion that your beliefs have been confirmed, but also with a more faceted understanding of who he was and the way his mind worked.
