I have a thing for historical fiction set in Scotland and England. That's what this book is and it fit the bill. It was slow to start, so you have to hang in there for maybe 100 pages or so. It interesting, you're just not sure exactly where it's going. But then I picks up and you can barely put the book down (and for the mom of a four month old who wakes up twice during the night, that's saying something...). Good twists and turns throughout the book that you don't expect based on the beginning.
