Absolutely pointless. This is supposed to be a romance book judging by the description, but there was like, barely ANY romance in it. At one point I was thinking, is the author trying to imply something, or am I just waiting for something to happen here? I am a huge fan of Arthurian literature, and I was excited to read this. What a disapointment! It was a quick read, but most of this "love story" was filled with torture, battles, and too many unnecessary words. The violence wasn't even that graphic, it jsut dragged on. And when a short book drags, you know it's a bad thing. And might I point out that the author has no writing skills. Some of the sentences were constructed in the most confusing way possible, or just didn't even make sense.

Bottom line is, if you want to read something Arthurian, stick to a classic such as Le Morte de Arthur or Idylls of the King.
