Each story features characters trying to flee or discover their purpose, or both at the same time. I was impressed by the scope in each story, the artwork and stories worked together perfectly to convey the emotions of the characters and the richness of their worlds.

My favorite of the three (though all were wonderful) was Urgent Request, it had my favorite style, subdued colors depicting Janet's cubicle world, then exploding with color in her dream world. In all stories it was interesting to see how the dreamworld echoed the real world, and how our dreams had the possibility of changing our realities as well, if we allowed them. Sometimes it seemed our own realities entered and warped fantasy worlds, like that of the Eternal Smile, or changed how we felt about the events of our waking world, as in Duncan's Kingdom.

Superb writing and art, stories that lend themselves to thought and discussion, overall a great read.
