This is one of the most powerful books I have experienced. The audiobook is very well-read, and the accents are charming. There are only a few instances of UK lingo, so the story transitions well to the US. As a car listener, I spent the last two discs crying my eyes out (and earning concerned looks from fellow drivers). Tessa is wonderful, sometimes strong, sometimes weak. She plays both the victim and heroine. Not to mention that I completely fell in love with Adam. This is a beautiful story that is about living as much as it is about dying.

I have also noted this book as being like a Lurlene McDaniel book with a lot of sex. I was a huge McDaniel fan in middle school, and this is definitely much deeper.
