what can I say? Morbid curiousity lead me to red this book! There's really not much different that what's in her radio show. there's no specific program that she reccommends to stop whining and be more positive. From a psychological perspective, the book is interesting as she describes sometimes taking a specific tack with a listener because of hwo they're responding to her.
If she didn't already have a successful radio enterprise, this book would not ahve been published.
