My favorite story and the sole reason why i got this book was because of Where Darkness Lives, by Alexandra Ivy

After reading all of Ivy's Guardian of Eternity novels you know that Sophia the mother to Regan, Darcy , Cassandra and Harley is one of the toughest and nastiest she-wolves around , but it is funny to see Sophia's 'maternal' side when she moves near her daughters especially with the youngest daughter Cassandra missing and Harley is about to bore her first litter of pups .

But when she moves in to town she welcomed by kidnappers and danger lurking around the corner her life is put in danger , and Luc is her gorgeous body guard she discovers her strong attraction to her fierce protector and awakening the mating urges within her that has been asleep for ages .

I love this story it is funny to see a soft side to Sophia than her tough side and it was extremely hilarious when she learned that Luc is her son-in law's right hand man , the same son -in law she always had an argument with when she first moved in town .
