really liked it
Read from October 25 to 26, 2011

My niece who just turned six brought this book home from her school's library and she asked me to read it to her (we actually alternated reading it).

This is the first time I've read Junie B. Jones.

I think that Junie is a funny girl who gets into lots of trouble. I liked the idea of the story though probably more than the actual story.

The story started in Junie's classroom where her teacher gave her a camera and told her to make a photo journal of her upcoming vacation to Hawaii.

The classroom antics were pretty funny. And my niece was laughing.

I think I was a bit disappointed in the actual vacation. They didn't really do anything too exciting and most of the pictures she took were not really of anything truly Hawaiin.

It was a cute book though. And I can see why Junie B is popular. Although 119 pages is pretty long for a book for a 6 year old (assuming that is the age it is supposed to be for).
