Beautifully written, sad, and poetic, The Lover's Dictionary is a set of reflections on the nature of love in one relationship. Each page is a different word defined, and together the miniature stories knit together a narration of the wider story. How far does love go? To what lengths can it last, and when the words "It's over," are spoken, does it mark the end of a relationship, or just this part?
