This book is for people just starting out on the road to a more holistic approach to their health. Though some of the mindfulness and exercise pointers are good I personally don't agree with much of the nutrition advise, except to stop eating junk. The low to no fat and getting your nutrition out of a bottle (of vitamin supplements)approach is not truly holistic, in my opinion.
