I was disappointed. It's more of an illustrated Arab 101 than a graphic novel: he uses far too many words and writes about too much history, more into "telling" than "showing". Perhaps he has earned the right to be condescending, but there are other books out there who do the history part of it better. I suppose it makes an adequate primer for those who don't want to study the issues any further.
