Ok, this kills me, but I don't think I'm gonna be able to finish this one. I'm just not into it. Maybe it's the mood I'm in, maybe it's the repetitiveness of the writing. If I have to read the phrase "he grew inside me" or "tits-up" or "covered me with the duvet" one more time, I'm gonna lose it. I really liked the beginning of the story. But somewhere in the middle it all just went south for me. I don't agree with the way the PTSD situation was handled or how the use of medication was described. It didn't really make any sense to me. And as much as I love all things British, I may have to put the stories from across the pond on hold for a little while. For some reason, they are just not translating in my brain at present.
