Read on my kindle. This is probably one of those books that without the self-publishing freedom of Kindle and other ebooks would likely never have been read. I know that the author had responded to previous criticism of poor editing by explaining that a previous version had been loaded in error, however this book is still littered with typos and could do with a good editing, both of which made it more difficult for me to wholly enjoy it. That said, it is a relatively fast-paced easy read thriller, with twists and turns that have stayed in my mind. I really liked the disturbing nature and relationships of the killer, and parts of the book will certainly stay in my mind.

It very much reminds me of Tess Gerritsen's romance books; the author may take this as a compliment, however these were not Gerritsen's best books. Keep writing, tighten up on style and develop your own sense of who you are as a writer (also get someone else to proofread) and you will be fine. I'm saying this as I can imagine this writer will look at all her reviews...
