A very good installment in the Death series. Eve is completely authentic as a tough police woman, but I like that Roarke sees her in a more intimate way as his wife. Yet he embraces her as a strong woman and stands by her side. That's a good man! The mystery was good, although it did drag a bit towards the end. Still, it was an excellent book despite that fact.

Think they'll ever have that baby? ;) I thought when the titles changed without the "death" part that was a sign, but it didn't happen! Look forward to reading this one, too.

A job where you get to review books. That be a dream for me next to being a teacher. I could review the "In Death" books all day long. I can't wait for this one. I wonder if we will ever get to know who the notorious candy thief is. I have a theory and my son says I am always predicting correctly so I won't spoil it for anyone in case I am right. always expect the unexpected so a baby may come. hard to write what she does and who she is around that. I love to ready but don't find much time. Hope I can learn from you guys what to read and what not to waste my time. Thanks for this review. 2 more weeks and I read this book in one sitting. Big Fan Of The Whole Crew.
Glad I can help, Marni. There are plenty of free review gigs out there. I don't get paid for the reviews I write, other than free books sometimes. :)
I still have 6 people a head of me to read this book! I started to reread the series just cause I was missing Robb so much!
Well LD, they better cause I'm dying here! I'm going to check back with the library and see just what is going on!
