This book had been on my TBR shelf, and I was prodded to finally pick it up by watching the recent Matt Damon film, The Green Zone<\i>, the credits of which acknowledge their debt to Chandrasekaran's book. Am convinced that the film owes much to the book? No. But the real story in the book - of the year that Paul Bremer was the Viceroy of Baghdad/Iraq - is very interesting. And in my view a chronicle of almost all that was bad about the US's relations with Iraq after the fall of Saddam. Definitely worth reading
