I should have read this when I was younger, I think it would have had more of an appeal to me. Well, most of the characters.. try as I might, I could not get myself to actually like Toad, which was very sad. No, my favourite character was Mole, I think we are quite alike and I enjoyed his chapters the most.

The writing was lovely, quite befitting the story and the audience, and the drawings were quite nice, too. But overall I don't think I can say this is a favourite book of mine, though I liked it well enough.

Ruby what kind of awesome book buying have you been doing?! xx

Sandra I see you found the answer on Tumblr while I was off reading. :) I was looking in the bookstore.. saw some books you had recommended and decided to go with it ;) (I've been interested in Fight Club because of some awesome quotes on Tumblr, and of course it helps that I know you appreciated it a lot, so I decided to give it a try. :) Whether I will or won't like it.. well, you'll see, I guess. <3)
