The illustrations are very good. The story with the dreamcatcher is very well done. But the bison story in this way should not be given to every child. Tbere are children who are 'dare-devils' and might want to get close to bison despite the warning that this might be dangerous. It is not a good idea to show children that one could climb over a fence of a bison compound. Bison are wild and very dangerous animals. They do attack people. There are no guaranties that one gets out alive from a situation like this. It plays down too much of how dangerous bison really are if one gets too close. Only bison managers that the animals get to know can get fairley close but strangers cannot do this. It is good to include the original white buffalo story.
