An all-time favorite. I love how Miller uses the Puritan setting and story of the Salem witch trials as a commentary on the (at the time) current state of the world (ie McCarthyism). It continues to have great parallels to modern life.
I would use Proctor's line "But it is my NAME!" to impress upon my students the passion I felt towards my own and their honesty and integrity in my class.
