18 Minutes: Find Your Focus, Master Distraction, and Get the Right Things Done

I read this book, and really enjoyed it. The first two sections are a lot of set up for the "18 Minutes" instructions, but are well worth it. It was an eye opening read, and sort of made me feel bad, as I now think I'm definitely not at the right job. But, I use this realization as motivation. I'm now going back through book and make notes, and use the tools I read about. My rating is four stars, not five, since some of the example stories were a bit much. The book could have been a little shorter without so many story examples, but a lot of business books suffer from this issue.
In all, I am recommending this book to folks that want to shake up their mind on what their yearly focus is, and how to use each moment of the day to maximize your goal potential.
