I received an Advanced Reader's Edition of this book from the Goodreads Giveaway program.

This is a fascinating look at what seems at first to be a straightforward subject - habits. Duhigg takes readers through the neurology of personal habits and how to change them, the organizational habits of businesses and teams, and the power of habits to promote change in societies. He even touches on ethical dilemmas involved with the habits of sleep terrors and gambling. Not so much a step-by-step guide to changing your own habits, but you'll come away with a clearer understanding of how habits define your behaviors and the basic steps to take to change any undesirable ones.
