I've basically been going through books that deal with limited carbs/high-fat-low-carb/paleo stuff, etc, which was why I picked this up. I found some good tips as well as a lot of information I don't care about - I'm not trying to add a whole bunch of mass, and I don't care about playing baseball, and I'm not a runner. The writing style is kind of juvenile, pretty Bro-ish, but it's a good, quick read.
