This is by far a fabulous series. D.D. Barant gives us Jace, a wise cracking NSA agent who is literally out of her element and adjusting to her new world. I really enjoyed this installment as it explores more of the new world Jace is in and how she is integrating and accepting her circumstances. This story gives us more explanation and understanding of the Thrope side of life and as she is threatened with the possibility of becoming a thrope, how she really feels. I like how the relationships are being deepened, both friendship and romantic. The dynamics between her and her lem partner Charlie are awesome. Their interactions are the most enjoyable and humorous parts of the book! Overall, I love this series and I can't wait to read more about Jace, her friends and her new world.
