Well i really liked this book for a lot of reasons and i will just share a couple of those with you. First of all i loved how intelligent these fifteen year old boys were and how grown up they were for there age. second of all i loved the main idea of the book.

Another thing that i loved about the book was the charecters i loved the charecters and all that they did to try to make the people of germany realize that what hitler was doing was not good infact it was terrible. I also liked how when the boys got put in jail they did not fall away from there religon and even though sometimes they lost there faith in themselfes or they would think i am not going to make it, they would never lose there faith in god.

One thing that i did not love about the book is that it almost just makes you sick inside when you read it becasue if you think about all the things that the nazies did to good people it just makes you sick or maybe mad. I remember a few times as i was reading i got so mad i just could not read anymore. It would not have been bad if it was fiction but the things in the book really did happen and thats why it was so upsetting.

So over all i really liked the book and i would recomend this book to almost all readers that can read at a fairly high level.
