I have always been a Carol Burnett fan since I was a little kid and saw "Annie" and watched reruns of the Carol Burnett Show. After listening to the audio edition (read by Carol herself) of THIS TIME TOGETHER, I LOVE her even more. She has had an amazing and interesting life, both professional and personal. This "vignette" style of the book is really remarkable and gives you the feel of the question & answer sessions she did during her show and her recent stage shows. I laughed outloud countless times throughout listening to this and she brought tears to my eyes more than once as well. Through all the laughter, triumphs, flops, and heartbreak I was enraptured by Ms Burnett's stories and memories. A brilliant actress and comedienne and a wonderful writer and storyteller -- For anyone who is a fan or those that don't know her all that much, read or listen to this book...You will laugh, cry, and fall in love with Carol.
