I finally got around to reading this book. I already know most of the plot from watching the Disney movie (the first one), but the book had some nice details that were left out (as far as I can remember).

I loved the various situations Alice found herself in, for example:

1. Playing card gardeners painting white roses red
2. The smiling cat that explained to her why it was crazy
3. The never-ending tea party

And I also liked Alice and the way her mind worked. I'm not sure it was always believable, but it didn't bother me at all.

All in all, the book brought a smile to my face several times and it's well worth a read.
