Like the last book it pretty much follows the story to a T. But the problem that I had with it was trying to get used to how the character were portrayed again. I swear Dimitri looks nothing like how I had pictured him in my mind and I must say, McDonald's does not look good on him. Adrain turned out to be lot better than Dimitri, thank God, but was still not as good as I had pictured him. The only character in the whole novel that I felt outdid my expectations was Christian, and damn is he better looking than I had pictured him. Plus he had more action in this one and a cover shot! You can't look at that and not tell me that's not epic. All of the other character are average at best. Some fit the image in my head more than others and some less. I thought of Rose as being lighter skinned and Lissa with less of an oval face, but hey pickers can't be choosers I guess. At least they didn't butcher the story line like movies will tend to do.
