really liked it
Read from October 15, 2011 to January 25, 2012 , read count: 1

I thoroughly enjoyed the majority of this book. I've never read anything in this genre (post-apocalyptic) before and was a bit apprehensive I'd find the entire affair completely 'over the top'. However, I thought the book was very credible. Coming from the north-east of England myself I loved the use of my local places. Could literally see some of the places being described...brilliant! There were elements however, I thought were a bit ridiculous, I mean how some of those kids got out alive at times was ludicrous...almost comical! :)

I decided to read this book because having read both Rod Glenn's brilliant Sinema books, it would have been rude not too. I'm glad I did and I'll definitely be giving this genre another look in.
