This book shows the respect and generosity the main character has for her family. I truly do like to this book because she has been biting her tongue in the traditional ways her family nudges her toward. She has love and compassion for her family that she just truly doesn't want to ruin her relationship with them.
A good book to understand a culture that thrives on family marriages based on status and truly standing up for what she wants and not what her family wants.
