really liked it
bookshelves: fiction, danielle-steel, female-author, 2011

It was easy to read, had lots of interesting characters and character development. It was basically a story about relationships, endings, moving on and new beginnings - written in a way to keep you wanting to keep reading until the end.

I started reading Danielle Steel many years ago and have read most of her books. I enjoy picking up one of her books and reading it when I want something lighter (escapism so to speak) and a refreshing change from some of the heavier memoirs and biographies I often read.

As others have mentioned, I did find a number of typos in the book (the editing and punctuation could have been more thorough) however in no way did this impact my enjoyment of the book. No literary prizes will be awarded, but it is an excellent read when you want a few hours of relaxation and easy reading.
