Sarah Madison has created a superb universe in ‘Crying for the Moon’ and has put a fresh and novel slant on the vampire and werewolf genre.

Her characters are engaging and well-rounded but with tantalising hints to their back-stories that allow for wonderful surprises as the story unfolds. I found that I really cared about what happened to Alex and Tate, but what I hadn't expected was the added bonus of such a fascinating group of secondary characters. Nick and his pack were equally as engaging and intriguing – and so much fun, to boot!

‘I couldn’t put it down’ is a well-worn phrase, but it’s completely appropriate here. ‘Crying for the Moon’ is a well-written, delightfully entertaining and very satisfying read. Thank you, Sarah Madison – I’ll definitely be reading this again.
