The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin
by Joe McGinniss
by Joe McGinniss
I was curious to see what the hype & headlines were all about. While no fan of Palin (complete understatement) I do enjoy books about politicians. This is a quick, fun (sometimes aggravating), and gossipy book - I enjoyed it as that. However, part of the story was the author himself, which Palin herself is to blame for that. Too much of the book focused on the author & his experiences while writing the book. He made some interesting points with examples of her hypocritical behavior & the influence of her evangelical background. It won't change your opinion of her, but make it more entrenched.
