I started book IV before I started writing this review. Sorry I don't have my mind on this book anymore.

The book earned a 5 star review because I was drawn to the story. Whereever I was, I wanted to be listening to the book instead. (Another great audiobook to listen to with your eyes closed, let your imagination run) The characters invaded my dreams, and my daydreams too.

I gave it only a 4 start rating, because everything is too perfect. Everything is beautifully resolved at the end, the ickiness and evil removed. None of the true main characters die. Everyone is happy at the end, except for the bad guys. There is too much predictability. Several of the 'plot twists' were so screwy and off the wall I would roll my eyes. I also don't like that this book was written as the third in a triology, everything is wrapped up. Time to move on. But, there is a fourth book? No Cool Clare!
