it was amazing

Anya Balanchine is a young girl trying to survive high school in the year 2083 -- while carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders. She is responsible for her ill grandmother, her older brother, who has mental disabilities, and her brilliant younger sister. Oh yes, and she also has a large target on her back because she is the orphaned daughter of Leonyd Balanchine, mafiya crime boss in New York City! As if things weren't complicated enough, she's falling for the son of the new D.A. in town . . . . A fabulous novel geared towards girls ages 12 and up. I found it fascinating and enjoyed it thoroughly. For my full review visit:
