This book answered so many questions for me, such as, "Why do we feed cattle something they can't even digest when they could eat grass for free?" "Why is corn oil or corn syrup an ingredient in everything?" "Exactly what does 'cage free' mean when I buy eggs at Whole Foods?" I felt much more educated after reading this. The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because the vegetarian chapter was kinda lame.
